Comparison between hic files generated by different versions of juicer tools

Hi,

I have multiple hic files generated by juicer v1.6. Some of them were generated by juicer_tools v1.9.9 while others were generated by 1.19.02. I re-ran one sample using both versions and found slightly differences as well on the number of loops detected.

I am wondering how I can fairly compare among all these samples without reruning them from the fastq.

Can I directly compare among these samples generated by different versions? If not, can I convert them between versions? Any suggestions?
