Problem of splitting the Scaffold

Hello!

I want to split this scaffold below in the graph, for it shows low frequency of contact.

However, The left click doesn't work to cut/split the scaffold when the scissor-shaped pointer appears.

I'm using the Juicebox 2.17.0 for windows.

Could this be an installation issue, or is there another way to split this scaffolds ?
