Juicer: A question at juicer_tools.

Hi,

when I run ./LSF/scripts/juicer_tools command, I get an error: 

Error: Unable to access jarfile /scripts/juicer_tools.7.0.jar

Then, I fina this file in flod, but I can not find it. 

I'm not sure if this is because of setup errors, or is there really a missing file in the installation package?

my install package is download from https://github.com/theaidenlab/juicer/archive/1.5.6.tar.gz

Hi!

Please see step #2 here: https://github.com/theaidenlab/juicer/wiki/Installation#quick-start

The jar can be downloaded from https://github.com/theaidenlab/juicer/wiki/Download

We don't bundle the jar with the rest of the scripts because it gets updated more frequently and because users may need different versions of the jar depending on their system (e.g. OS or CUDA version).

You can edit the script as needed to use the latest jar.
