juicer tools dump demo isn't workiing

Hi Olga,

I ran the juicer tools demo and had two issues.

1. The read for the observed and expected values and O/E were a bit different.

2. The dump doesn't work (no file was created). See below - 

(base) guynir@MacBook-Pro Juicer % java -jar /Applications/juicer_tools.jar dump observed KR data/test.hic 1 1 BP 2500000 chr1.txt

Also, tried running hiccupsdiff but got the following error - 
      GPU/CUDA Installation Not Detected
I have the following GPU - Intel Iris Plus Graphics 655 1536 MB

Is it not compatible?
