juicer APA problem：APA diagram is blank

Today, I encountered some problems when drawing the APA diagram. No matter how I draw the APA diagram, the diagram is blank. Although I changed many data sets, I still have this problem.

This is my run script and console output：

As for the HiC file I used, I downloaded the standard. hic file from the database, which should be correct.
