Hi Dear group,

I was running hiccupsdiff to find different loops for two loop lists. And I want to know the detail of hiccupsdiff: how does it check the diff loop? Also, I was wondering if there is any possible that I can get local expected enrichment value for a given loop list?

Thanks!

Yoland

Hello,

Please have a look at the documentation:

The second link explains how to send in a loop list.
