Blank crosses

Good evening. 

Overall, I think my output looks decent in Juicer. I do have 2 situations - 1 being a frequent occurrence - that I would appreciate some direction in managing. I frequently see blank T's without any signal to indicate they are misjoins - can these be ignored? The second issue is in the second picture. I have tried moving it, flipping it, etc and I am unable to find a place that it looks correct. What are my options for this scenario?
