Hello everyone,
This is my first time to use 3D-DNA for Hi-C scaffolding. Our assembly is a mammal genome with about 6.7G in size.
I encountered a problem, the process seemed to stop at ineration step. The log file stopped at “...Starting iteration # 19” without any changes, and the .FINAL.fasta has not created.
