Hi,

I have a quick question. How the percentages in the lower part of the table (Table S2 Cell 2014 paper by Rao & Huntley et al. ) are calculated? 

For example, if percentage is mentioned like X%/Y%. What is X and Y in this case ?

X is % of Sequenced Reads

Y is % of Unique Reads
