Hi !

I use Juicer. But when I run it, "Failed to find any files matching /scratch/ulg/bbasv/daomhai/Juicerdir/fastq/*_R*.fastq*"
I checked my fastq is " fq.gz",
Please give me a method to converting from "*.fq.gz" to "*.fastq.gz".

Thanks in advance .

Sincerely
Hai

You can actually just rename the files (fq = fastq).

Thanks Shamin.

I got it.
But now , I face with other issue. In my work, I used a draft of assembly and HIC fastq file.

(daomhai@nic5-login1 /scratch/ulg/bbasv/daomhai/Juicerdir $ /scratch/ulg/bbasv/daomhai/Juicerdir/scripts/juicer.sh -D Juicerdir -z /scratch/users/d/a/daomhai/Juicerdir/references/pilon1.fasta -p assembly
(-: Looking for fastq files...fastq files exist
sbatch: error: invalid partition specified: commons
sbatch: error: Batch job submission failed: Invalid partition name specified
(-: Aligning files matching /scratch/ulg/bbasv/daomhai/Juicerdir/fastq/*_R*.fastq*
in queue commons to genome hg19 with no fragment delimited maps.
(-: Created /scratch/ulg/bbasv/daomhai/Juicerdir/splits and /scratch/ulg/bbasv/daomhai/Juicerdir/aligned.
(-: Starting job to launch other jobs once splitting is complete

Thanks in advance for your help.

Sincerely,
Hai
