Hello. My .hic file is very large, 14G, I use https://www.aidenlab.org/juicebox/ for visualization, but it reports an error,

"Error loading [object File]: RangeError: Offset is outside the bounds of the DataView ",

what is the reason for this? Is it an error in the file itself?

Does the file load with the desktop version of Juicebox?

How was the file built?
