Hi. I'm trying to use the heatmap option in jukebox. Is it possible to show annotations on the axes? or maybe label them with our own labels? For instance, I have SNPs that I want to overlay, but I want the SNP ids on the y-axis. Is this possible with juicebox?

Hello,

Currently this is not possible.  You could make a BED track, but the labels won't expand to be on the axis (though you can mouse over the location in the track to see the label).  We want to add this feature such that if there's room, the label would appear.

We do have a new export figure option, so you can export your current Juicebox image as an SVG or PDF file and then edit it in Adobe Illustrator or another tool to add in the axis labels.
