Can't upload a bed file to juicebox

Hi, 

Sorry, I am very new to trying to use Juicebox and much of this field. I am trying to upload a .bed file to view as an annotation track to a .hic file in Juicebox (version 1.11.08 for windows). I get the error message "Error loading track. IGV has not been initialized. Must call createInstance(Frame) first" (image attached). My bed file head is this:

Does anyone have any idea what could be the issue?

I'm not able to replicate this with the header you provided, using version 1.11.08. However, I don't have easy access to a Windows machine. We should be publishing a new exe soon and I will let you know so you can test again. In the meantime, you might try the web version at http://aidenlab.org/juicebox/

Thank you so much for responding!

Oh my goodness, I can't believe it - I didn't think to try that as
well, but, yeah, the head of my bed file seems to upload fine... so I
wonder if it is something about the full bed file that is causing the
error? I have no idea what that might be, if there is some sort of
metadata on it or maybe something wrong with a line somewhere in the
middle of it

If you are interested in seeing if you can replicate the error, I can
send the compressed whole bed file I am trying to use, but maybe I can
also just try and extract the information from the interval I am
interested in and see if that will upload to juicebox fine.
