Hi,

I am using 3d-DNA to scaffold my draft assembly. The pipeline crashes at the merge step with the following error- merge/vote-order.awk:46: (FILENAME=4m2_assembly.rawchrom.asm FNR=1) fatal error: internal error: segfault

I tried running the wrapper manually for each step of scaffold, visualise, edit.... and found that the .rawchrom.cprops and .rawchrom.asm files are not in matching formats. Kindly requesting help!
