what is the command to undo

Hi Everyone,

I am watching this tutorial juicebox tutorial and at around 6:04 Olga was doing an undo command. I think she said command undo. I'm on windows, what is the command to undo for windows? I tried ctrl + z but it doesn't work. Thank you!
