Juicebox Assembly Tools delete scaffolds

Dear Aiden lab,

Could you tell me how you usually delete scaffolds in Juicebox Assembly Tools? The screenshot is the contact map obatined from the hg19 test data. There are a lot of scaffolds on the upper left corner, as well as the blue square in the center of each and every block of the chromosomes. In your Genome Cookbook, you only talked about translocation (move one scaffold to another place). I'm wondering is there a way to delete a scaffold? Also is there a way to delete multiple scaffolds together?
