Iowa Carnegie Thread

Hi all,

As this excellent project gathers momentum, work has started on
another state, This should help give more exposure to the project and
also give another environment for talented modellers to show their
skills.

I will be administering the models for this state so Jaxcoffee can
concentrate on California whilst pushing the overall project forward.

This state provides a slightly different challenge to those presented
by California, namely, the street view images are poor, or in many
cases, non existent!!! There is a workaround for this though via the
excellent 'Carnegie Libraries in Iowa Project' website: http://clip.grad.uiowa.edu/
which provides information and modern photographs of most of the
libraries we need to model (108!). 12 of the Libraries even have
images of their floorplans uploaded to the site!!!

I have created a google spreadsheet which will be the hub of for the
modelling of this state - links are available from the sheet so I
would recommend having it open whilst you model.

All questions relating to Iowa carnegies should be asked in this
thread, with more general questions asked in the main discussion area
so don't be afraid to ask.
