Probably not a 3CX issue

Hello list,

 

Employee is gone for a week. Comes back and finds that the phone isn’t staying registered. The phone was powered by a power block but they have a POE switch. I removed the power block, same problem. I replaced the phone, same problem. We ran a new cable from the switch to the phone, same problem.

 

Ideas? Thoughts?

Hi Greg

What model? Provisioned or configured manually? If provisioned, please attach the phone's specific configuration file, after removing sensitive information from the contents (ip addresses and passwords).
