January Invitational Tournament Results

Thank you all for participating in our tournament this past weekend,
and making an enjoyable event. In addition, I want to make a point of
thanking Bill Serafin for organizing this event.

The results were as follows:

Open Singles - Bill Serafin defeated John Probst for the finals, Nick
Peloso and Rob DiGiralamo were semi-finalists

A/B Singles - Wayne Sullivant First, Steve Levine Second in an eight-
player round robin

Open Doubles - Marc Cotugno and Rob DiGiralamo First, Adam Kaufman and
Bill Serafin Second in an eight-team round robin

A/B Doubles - Brian Kleinman and Steve Levine First, Keith Salviano
and Jake Ritz Second in a seven-team round robin

We are looking forward to doing this on a monthly basis; Bill is
suggesting alternating singles and doubles. I am considering planning
these for the third Saturday of each month -- there doesn't appear to
be holiday conflicts, as a rule. Please planto play a singles
tournament on Saturday, February 19th.
