Job Title: Functional UAT Tester- Payment Domain
Location: Weehawken, NJ
Job Description: Lead end-to-end functional testing and UAT activities for Bill Pay functionality within Banking/Payments domain.Manage and oversee test planning| test design| execution| and defect management across releases.Act as the primary coordinator between business stakeholders| product teams| and QA teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery.Drive UAT cycles| including test case creation| execution oversight| and business sign-off coordination.Ensure high-quality delivery by enforcing testing best practices| governance| and reporting standards.Leverage strong Banking and Payments domain expertise| with a focus on Bill Pay processes| workflows| and integrations.Lead and mentor QA team members| providing guidance on domain| test strategies| and execution approach.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify risks| dependencies| and mitigation strategies.Manage stakeholder communication| including status reporting| escalation handling| and issue resolution.Ensure proper test coverage| traceability| and compliance with project and regulatory requirements.Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in testing processes| automation opportunities| and efficiency gains.Support release management activities and ensure readiness for production deployment. Required Experience & Profile 1015 years of overall experience in QA/testing (preferably not exceeding 15 years).Strong Domain + Testing combination profile in Banking/Payments.Proven experience as a Test Lead managing large-scale programs.Prior experience with Tier-1 investment banks (e.g.| JP Morgan| Morgan Stanley) is highly preferred.
