Role: Gen AI/ LLM Engineer
Location: Hartford, CT
Duration: 6 months

Description:

•       Required 2 years of experience developing and deploying GenAI/LLM-powered applications and products.
•       Required 1 year of experience building Agentic AI systems, including:
o       Planning
o       Reasoning
o       Decision-making components
•       Required proficiency in Python and relevant AI/ML libraries, including but not limited to:
o       TensorFlow
o       PyTorch
o       Transformers
o       LangChain
o       LangGraph
o       Autogen
o       LlamaIndex
•       Required experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques, including:
o       Text generation
o       Text understanding
o       Summarization
•       Required experience with Reinforcement Learning (RL) algorithms and their application to agent training.
•       Required experience working with large datasets and cloud computing platforms, such as:
o       AWS
o       GCP
o       Azure
o       IBM
o       Salesforce
•       Required experience with version control systems, such as Git.
•       Required strong communication and collaborative skills.
•       Required experience working in an Agile development environment.

Required Platform Experience
•       Required experience developing agents using Google ADK and deploying them on Vertex AI.
•       Required experience integrating AI models with enterprise IT systems.

Essential Skills
•       Proficiency in Python and relevant AI/ML libraries, including:
