Role: Salesforce Business Analyst
Location: Seattle, WA
Duration: 10 months

The ideal candidate for this role should have 12 years of overall experience, including 6 years of hands-on Salesforce experience.

Requirements:
1. Salesforce Functional Expertise
•       Deep understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom applications.
•       Solid understanding of Salesforce Administration.
•       Strong knowledge of:
o       Salesforce profiles
o       Permission sets
o       Groups
o       Sharing settings
o       Organization-wide defaults
•       Deep understanding of Salesforce security controls, standards, and best practices.

2. Business Analysis & Functional Design
•       Ability to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
•       Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
•       Collaborate with stakeholders to validate requirements and ensure alignment with business goals.
•       Support enhancement leads in:
o       Backlog grooming
o       Prioritization
o       Sprint planning

3. Agile / Scrum Methodology
•       Experience working in Agile environments.
•       Proficiency with Agile tools, including:
o       Jira
o       Confluence
o       Miro
o       Copado DevOps
•       Ability to actively contribute to sprint ceremonies and deliverables, including:
o       Sprint demos
o       Retrospectives

4. Communication & Collaboration
•       Strong verbal and written communication skills.
•       Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including:
o       Business stakeholders
o       QA teams
o       Developers
o       Product owners
•       Comfortable presenting functional designs and facilitating discussions across multiple time zones.

•       Create clear and comprehensive:
o       Functional documentation
o       Process flows
o       User guides
•       Maintain traceability of requirements and ensure alignment with technical designs.
