Role: Lead Android Developer
Location: Owings Mills, MD
Duration: 10 months

Required:

•          10+ years of relevant, progressive experience with completed technical degree

•          Stays up to date with latest Play Store requirements and latest Android features

•          Proven experience of full lifecycle support of Android applications, from development to publishing and support

•          Very strong hands-on experience with Android SDK, Kotlin, Java, Jetpack Compose,etc and design & architecture

•          Strong hands-on experience in working with remote data via REST and JSON

•          Experience writing multi-threaded and networked apps, third-party libraries and APIs

•          Working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, trends, and emerging technologies

•          Able to operate with openness and efficiency with one or more SDLC methodologies (e.g., Scrum/Agile,etc)

•          Actively seeks feedback and guidance to improve technical skills (e.g., through submitting work for code review)

•          Works with existing data models and schemas and suggests changes and improvements where necessary

•          Debugs and fixes your own software with minimal assistance

•          Practices automated testing and tests your work in an automated and repeatable way

•            Lead and mentor the Juniors, team and delivery management,
