Job Description: Senior Consultant – Cloud Migration & Data Platform Transformation. We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant to join an existing transformation team responsible for migrating a complex, in-house developed J2EE-based big data and ETL multi-tenant platform from a private cloud and AWS environment to a modernized hybrid cloud ecosystem, including AWS and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).

This role has the following components:
Platform Migration: Support the migration of a J2EE-based big data and ETL platform from private cloud and AWS environments.

Cloud & Infrastructure Expertise
•       Design and implement solutions leveraging AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3).
•       Collaborate with STT infrastructure teams on networking, security, and scalability and connectivity from MYSS and to IRD, IV and Dashboards – and to external clients.
•       Assist with the migration of Oracle databases and data workloads to OCI.

CI/CD & DevOps Integration
•       Review and enhance existing CI/CD pipelines for deployment and migration automation, leveraging existing templates.
•       Integrate DevOps best practices, including:
o       Automated build/test/deploy workflows
o       Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/CloudFormation)
o       Version control and release management

Required Skills & Experience
Core Technical Skills
•       Strong experience with J2EE-based enterprise applications
•       Deep understanding of big data platforms and ETL frameworks
•       Hands-on expertise in AWS cloud services and architecture patterns
•       Proven experience with Oracle database migration to OCI
•       Strong exposure to private cloud environments and hybrid architectures

DevOps & Automation
•       Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps)
•       Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation)

Preferred Qualifications
•       Experience in large-scale data center exit or cloud migration programs
•       Familiarity with financial services or regulated environments
•       Knowledge of security, compliance, and data governance standards
•       Certification in AWS and/or OCI (preferred but not mandatory)
