We too have booked two flats in T17 for which fit out offer has been issued by 3C.Although we are not planning to take possession right now, but would certainly like to join hands with like minded people to take on the builder on the issue of penalty for late delivery. We may jointly first talk with them & if there is no amicable agreement, there is always the option for legal action. Everyone talks about legal action. When the  times comes for legal action  and people start take fitout letters.

I am also based outside India and that's one of the reason I could not join initial set of buyers going legal against builder. 

I will contribute financially towards lawsuit but won't be able to meet attorneys or participate in any other action that requires physical presence.
