I visited LB site in Sector 100, to see for myself, the physical progress of construction, befor i make the next payment. To my utter shock and horror, i was not allowed in.. In fact the guys onsite and the marketing people who i was advised to speak to were quite disrespectful and curt. They quoted company policy  to refuse a permission. How do they expect us to make the payment without seeing, when the payments are construction linked. i am taking this up with the management. Has anybody else faced a similar problem. In my view this is absolutely incorrect and shows a high handedness. Lets take this up collectively, or else they will take us for granted all teh way..

u r absolutely correct... the only proof of progress is the picture... which are not even certified by any qualified architect...

ajay, to be honest, the heavy handedness shown to you is uncalled for...

hi Ajay

I agree with you there..I too was not allowed to see the constructed buildings.I was told that the photograph of my building is printed on the back side of the demand letter..and that is it..
even I found this strange becos as per my knowledge, the builder is bound to show the progress of construction to the finance companies, then why not to individuals?

regards

I too have been planning to visit the building in which my apartment is in. I guess I wont be able to do that now. On a second thought though, it might be for our own safety.

We might blame 3C if, god forbid, some mishap happens with the visiting customer at the site of construction.

Of course, the disrespectful and rude behaviour is totally uncalled for. We should give this feedback in written to 3C.

Ajay,

People are generally not allowed at construction sites citing safety concerns. Suppose a brick falls on your head?

Anyways I am also really tempted to see my flat but I know they will not allow me in (no one does).

Regards,
Vishal

I believe we can request 3C for planned site visit as construction is in full swing for all phases and put the same on there website, for phase 1 you really cannot see from pictures if plumbing work is completed  :-) , also next demand when Electricity work will be completed...

My freind and I gt a demand note after so called completion of brick
work at tower 6. My freind went to check the progress nd says one side
of trower 6 which can be seen with little effort from road doesn't
have brick work. The photo that they sent fr tower 6 was just the
front view wher thge brick work is over

since 3C refer themselves few notches above other builders in the area, they should do another first, by organizing visiting hours on Sundays...

Gosh... there r so many free customer service and mktg ideas on this thread, but only if they were taken in the right spirit...

happy mondays...

Dear All,

Further to same, I also want to share my experience... two times my loan disbursment through bank was delayed due to technical report not submitted on time. And when I checked with bank, answer was builder has not completed the work as per demand letter.

Now that is a serious issue that we need to take up with 3C. Mr Sanjay, Could you please share the details of when did that happen and for what tower/apartment?

I too have initiated the Technical Report for the loan disbursement from Axis Bank. If there are other who had a similar experience could you please share with the group.
