Police complaint registered against 3C Company and Lotus Green owner Nirmal Singh!

Thanks to all 40 buyers who turned up for the meeting. As usual 3C does not have an answer when shall we get our flats. Frustrated by their lame excuses, buyer moved to SP, Gautam Budhanagar to file a formal complaint against the directors. 

Finally a complaint was filed against 3C. Next is we have to file similar complaint with Delhi Police (this would be well drafted by lawyer) as well. I have already spoken to someone in DP.

The police complaint doesn't have mention of Lotus Boulevard. Is it intentional or we missed. Do the people of lotus Boulevard need to lodge independent complaint

This is because frustrated by meeting with Bhanote, LP buyers ,moved to SP office. So only lotus panache.

Boss... people from LB don't turn up for meetings... LP Wales social service nahi kar rahey hain.... till date note more than 4-5 pal have ever turned up. LP had 40 people their....

It would have been good if would have mention lotus Boulevard also. We are always  collectively displaying our anger against 3C. Anyhow I hope LP gets its due fast

Agree. if LB people dont turn up why should LB be included in complaint even though I have on LB.
But filing complaint is just symbolic ..especially in UP as the builder will pay up ..Delhi police econmic fraud cell wpild be best to complain ..3c will find it difficult to bribe there ..
anyway someone has taken bold step ..kudos to lp folks ..

See the notion, LP and LB should fight independently. 

I have a home at LB and I am residing in B'lore as of now. I can come for a meeting in April end as I would be travelling to Delhi at that time.

LP Wales social service nahi kar rahey hain.... comments like this can be put in better way.

We all need home. if we remain divided then 3C will win......

Arvind bhai you are living in Bangalore... you have a reason.... those living in Noida dont come...you get 20 confirmations 4 turn up...I have never seen more than 10 people in any meeting (minus the one with Vidhur Bhardwaj regarding Ardee School)

Thanks Vishal, as we are distant, so we don't know the ground reality.

If we suggest from here, it would be more of a "bhashan" which will not be appreciated by the folks living in Delhi and NCR.

Practice what you preach, will be said by them.

If not by our presence, we can help financially , if you are taking some legal help...

It is impractical and I dare say insane to expect investors from LB to attend meetings.

Guess its every man for himself hereon until the pain becomes almost unbearable and we are forced to come out our little caves and fight the builder united.

In the mean time kudos to the crusaders, the lone rangers who are taking on the might of the 3C single handedly.

If you need moral or monetary support in your fight please do give us a shout. Its the least we the arm chair activists can do for the cause.
