Hello Customer Care,

Reference is drawn to a report in a credible newspaper mentioning the 3c-company's name as one of the defaulters of payments to the Noida Authority (here is the url and see attached).

Since I have booked two flats (one each in LB and LZ respectively), this news item is causing great anxiety in my mind.  I request you to share your clarification with me in this regard and also suggest if THIS is the reason causing delays in execution of LB and LZ projects?

Guys Guys let’s check before we start panicking I just checked the MCA's website http://www.mca.gov.in/MCA21/ which mentions 'Three C Estates' as an old company probably sold to 'GULSHAN HOMES AND INFRASTRUCTURE PRIVATE LIMITED' which is now the new entity and holding company.

PS: Attached screenshot of what I searched.

Also refer http://www.mca.gov.in/MCA21/ 

Find Corporate Identity Number (CIN) - Search for Old Company name 

I think 3C is always being doing there bit and has been very transparent with us in their dealings.
