Greetings to you all,

I'm concerned that it is only earlier this week that someone at 3C informed me about the bird sanctuary issue. I have been in touch with the company over several months --- and not once during any of the conversations I've had [I had specifically asked each time whether trouble with authorities was contributing to the delay] was I informed about this green tribunal issue although the company should have been aware of this for long if it is affected by the 10-km rule.

This makes me wonder whether this information was even shared within the company so customer service/site staff can convey it to clients. Or was customer service and site staff asked not to reveal this information -- unless specifically asked?

When I invested in LB over three years ago, one of the factors that had influenced me was an assurance by senior sales staff of the work ethics and professionalism at 3C. The sales team members had also cited the professional backgrounds of the leaders  / founders of the company in support of their assurances.

While I can understand that the delay in possession can be frustrating, what worries me far more is the lack of transparency and obfuscation. Factors beyond 3C's control can contribute to delays, but I don't believe the company should hide such issues from clients. I've paid over 90 % of the cost of the apartment and, I believe, I am entitled to a steady flow of truthful information about all factors contributing to this delay.

With regards,
