Lotus Boluverd:- Cashback adjustment by 3C.

Hi,

I just wanted to know if this upfront option is available for Lotus
boluverd as well. For me, 3C has agreed upon settling the 3% discount
in next 2 installments.
Does anyone else has the same experience ?

Do we need to ask builder for revised payment plan because till now i am also expecting same as 3c will adjust 3% in next two installment. don't know though if they refuse at the time of demand (will come up with new story). ideally they should have sent us, revised plan by them self when they decided to adjust money.

Did anyone get cash back from UNICON also. I am behind UNICON from
last 3 months (After paying my 3rd installment) but there fifteen days
are too long.
