I think we should start an awareness campaign where we educate the prospective buyetrs of Lotus Green that this builder is npo different than his other counterparts and he too doesn't deliver on time. This should put pressure on him and he will finish the existing commitments before he takes on new ones. Please air your views.

Yes thats true....Builder is similar to other builder...there is nothing new.

Very true. 3C has not completed their first residential project who were considering themselves unlike other builders.

Further they have not been able to hold on to their subcontractors, I have doubt how they could hold on to their customers. All / most of their projects are delayed further.
