Delay of possession & demand of instalments

Dear Sir/Madam

I would like to draw your attention regarding possession of my flat no. 805 Tower 18 Lotus Boulevard sector 100 has been delayed from your side. As per documents clause, we have to get possession of flat in the month of September 2012. Please let me know about the delay penalty and how it will be adjusted/reimburse in my pending installments.
