Time to complete of 2nd floor slab to 6th floor slab?

I am in Tower 25 and have just made the payment for 4th Installment -
construction of 2nd Floor Slab.

Can anyone pls tell me on when can I expect the next demand note
(construction of 6th floor slab)? How much time does it takes 3C to
move from 2nd floor slab to 6th floor slab? Is it like 1 month, 2
month, 3 month or more?

I need this so that I can plan my finances accordingly.

It takes 21 days from One floor to next floor.so you calculate accordingly

For Tower 6, it was almost 10 days per floor. We got demand letter in exactly 1 month for 3 floors.

You will get next demand in 2 months. 3Cs construction is taking 2 months approx for 4 slabs.

In panache, 3C's has completed basement & Ground floor for my tower in flat 5 months (including excavation etc). Excavation & foundation takes the most time. So I do not think 3's would be taking 21 days per floor. My guess, it would be atleast 2 floors per month.

dear amy,

i have one in tower 23. i just got the demand note for 6th floor slab. The 2nd floor demand note was raised in march'11. So u can have a fair idea with that.

So it seems we all had different experiences and opinions. Ranging
from 21 days per floor to 10 days a floor. After I posted this here
on, I raised the same query with 3C. They said that it would take
approx 35 days before the next demand note. So its like 8 days a
floor! Pretty fast!

Good for us wrt possession and completion :) But bad for us wrt to
payments :(

But does 8 days a floor seems feasible?

Should take about two to two and a half months... I am in Tower 21, and 4th installment was paid in early Apr, and next is due now..

In my case it took almost a year to get the demand note of the 4th installment.

I guess, you can safely assume 3-6 months time frame ...
