Hi All

We around 50 people meet today to discuss this issue and reach to a concurrence. 

We spoke to school management, FM team, and Marketing team but could not got any clear information. The following points were discovered 

1. School management is stating that they have bought this facility. Marketing team does not have this information.

2. School is accepting the admission from residents of nearby sectors.

3. School is given the time slot to even use the club facility like swimming pool, TT room etc for their pupils.

4. This work and coordination has been done by the 3c Project team.

5. It seems that this facility was secretly opened. 

As immediate action the residents have asked FM team to ensure that no outsider should be allowed access to school until the dispute has been resolved.

Considering the addendum clause of MSA (i..e No outsiders are allowed to use any facility of club and LB) all the residents have the opinion that we need the written assurance from 3c and school management that NO OUTSIDER WILL BE ALLOWED in the school and any other facility of the LB. Moreover the school was the part of the original plan including the creche and day care for the LB residents.

The written memorandum has been given to FM team mentioning the same.

FM team has scheduled a meeting with 3c Management and Project team for tomorrow.

Meeting Time : 23 Dec 2013 8 PM

Venue: Planet Lotier Club, 3c Lotus boulevard

I request you all to present in this meeting. 

This email is also shared with the google and yahoo group of buyers of future phases as well so that they can also come for the meeting.

It is not a new problem created by 3C. Just 10 months ago, when I sent strongly worded email to 3C to oppose their monopolistic practices for club operations, some of us objected that it was a threatening being given to 3C.

The registration would again start around 12 pm today so let's meet in a small group of 10-15 people around 12 in club and the will go to talk to school management to re confirm that the outsiders are allowed. We would also see the whole facility from inside as well.

Accordingly we can have a meeting in the evening in the evening to decide how to go about it.

The prime agenda is NO OUTSIDERS in any facility in the club.

In one of the meeting 3c clearly stated that they will not open the school/crèche and this area will be converted as community hall. 

 

Surprisingly when we enquired on the given number, we were told that this play school is accepting the admission from all the nearby sectors. This is confirmed by the school management.

 

As per the MSA the facilities in the Club is only meant for the Residents and outsiders are not allowed to use any of the facility in the club.

 

Who will ensure the security when anybody everybody can walk-into LB campus?

 

Today the school is opened for the outsiders tomorrow it will be Gym, Swimming pool, banquet hall and so on.....

 

No objection on opening the school unless it is only for the kids from LB.

 

We all need to come close and act before it is too late.......

This is very serious and admission of outsiders should be stopped. Is it possible to put a notice on gate and in club area informing non Lb residents that residents will not allow kids and parents from outside to enter premise.

This is unacceptable. We have paid all the money for constructing this club, 3C has not spent even a dime from there own pocket, then how can they take such unilateral decisions. 

This is LB residents property and I am wondering how can 3C sell the school facility. It can NOT be sold, as its residents property. 

3C is behaving like ministers, with no accountability and doing whatever fills there pocket. If we don't fight now, we will loose lot more.

If this is a confirmed news, let us send a legal notice to them and if required take them to Courts.

At least we will get a stay order and perhaps nobody would want to send their kid to a school which is under legal hassles. It's not correct to write this but parents who are sending their kids to this school at least would come to know that it is not a legalised property.

That's the only option left unless the issue is resolved amicably.

Letter also says "preference to ardeeian parents/friends/family" so their intentions are very clear.
