Allotment letters - Phase 2

Do anybody has ideas when 3C will be issuing allotment letters for
Phase -2.

Hi Guys,

I have taken a flat in Phase 2 and recd my allotment letter few days back.

Now the builder is asking for 1st Installment in next 45 days.

I have got my loan approved from LIC and but as per them they would only be able
to disburse the amount after reciving the builder buyer agreement.

as per builder this agreement will take 03 months more. (By that time he would
have asked for 01 more installment)

As per LIC the builder buyer agreement is a prerequisite for any bank. So people
who have taken loan from any bank would require this agreement for disbursement.

I wanted to check with people who have applied loans from differenet bank if
they are facing a similiar problem.

If yes, then this could create a big issue as builder will start charging 18%
interest after due date.

every body should raise the voice against this wrong clause , as per accepted rules every thing starts only after builder buyer agreement , i request all of you please discuss also with builder individually as it is a very critical issue , i am also in touch with builder.

As I Would like to take loan from any bank or LIC etc. Are you taking
loan from LIC on construction link plan OR Cash down basis. Can you send
details of interest etc for this loan. Whether LIC or any other bank
is doing loan on cash down basis.
