Hello everyone,
I saw this group today and sincerely appreciate the efforts of all the
moderators and members in creating this platform and sharing
experiences.
I have booked a flat in Lotus Boulevard, Tower 22. If anyone has any
information about the construction status, please do share. Also my
booked flat is at floor 19. There weren’t any flats available at the
time of booking, so I had to choose the 19th floor. Would it be
possible to shift at this stage?

Welcome to the group. 19th floor is not bad at all. I am also in 19th floor :-) . In fact there is no one above us. We can go to the terrace and spend time in the evenings. You can have some plants in the terrace and much more. People talk about heat Heat and Heat. Honestly today AC is no more a luxury and even the ground floor guy will be using it. 3C has mentioned that as per the standard of construction they can reduce 60% of heat. So there is nothing wrong in being in TOP floor.

Thanks Krish. The idea of spending time on the terrace souds
wonderful.But dont we have 22 floors on Tower 22? I have a copy of the
approved plan from 3C's that says Tower 22 will have 22 floors.

Dear Vinay,
Tower 22 does have 22 floors... I m put up on the 13th floor itself...
