I called 3C today after seeing their add in TOI today. They told me current rate is 5800 and I can go visit the 1st phase flats any time during the weekday. I will have to inform them in advance.

I'm a bit concerned, after reading the posts about quality on this forum, that in the subcontracting process, whether top management in 3c has been kept informed about QC.

25th seems to be ok with all of us me would also like to join . once 3 c is allowing to see the flats to new prospective buyers for their unsold / hold flats in phase 1 why three c is not allowing the visit to actual owners and also not providing actual status of possession for phase one tower 1 & 2 .
