I am 40th person, who got my flat registered. I had paid 10,000.00 as registration fee + 15000 over above that w/o any record . It's common for all to pay this amount. It's to be noted that I am paying rent p.m. more than what I hv paid to registrar. Rgds

There was something similar that happened with us while registering a flat in bangalore.
Quite a few folk gathered ~ 100 and went for a registry en-mass and got the registry done without paying any bribe. Suggest something similar can happen for 3C registry.

I just got a call from Mr. Naveen (Mann I think). He told me to be
available for registry tomorrow at 10:30 am and to bring Rs 25000
cash. Half of it other government fees and other half as bribe.
Now I won't be giving in to bribery tomorrow so most likely registry
would not take place. Is there anyone else in the group who wants to
join in fighting this corrupt practice?
Looking forward to meeting you.

Anshuman
