Hi all

Also i found 2 important links -

I think sector 100 comes under these villages.
Any1 having better idea abt noida can see and tell us more.

And as per link provied by mukesh , i can say that urgency clause 17 has not been applied.
Section 4 and section 6 are applied as it is clearly mentioned in the documents at the top.

and Section 17 which is urgency clause has not been apllied as per the links provided by Noida Authority -
Section 17 - http://indiankanoon.org/doc/1797812/ that has been acted upon Noida extn link.

So the only thing if it is there would be related to 5% land that is to be provided or has been provided.
These things we have to ask from 3c/Noida authority.
So i thing there is nothing serious if we go by the land acquisition and the clause. Please provide comments.

Thanks

Thanks
Sumit

Hey,

22 years is a very huge gap. i dont know from where these farmers have come up and alsp i havent seen any farmer asking for compensation fr sector 100. i have clearly heard sec 74 to 78 from farmers but india tv is the great channel mentioned about all under construction property in noida creating panic.

Dear All,

Please go through the following link on NOIDA official website.

The village around LB site such as Hajipur, Agahpur, Baraula were acquired way back in 1989, i.e. 22 years back. Nothing is going to happen. Just chill.

Hi Guys,

We all are on the same boat - Home Under Construction :) . And I am sure; everyone is little bother because of recent incident of N-Ext.

We together can share some valuable(but should be acurate) information among ourselves so that It can relieve us at-least from our day-2-day hectic ;)

Common concerns around Projects: LB & LP

Sector: 100 & 110

1) Land Usage Dispute like commercial v/s residential:
2) Any Clause added like urgency while acquiring land:
3) Land register or Lease for 10 years:
4) Service Tax payout to builder: Not clarify so far, should we have to pay amount to builder or not?

Guys common and lets share it with our folks!

Cheers!

All,

I found below link on Noida authority site. It clearly says land of hajipur & barola was acquired long back in 1980 and 1994 respectively.

Thanks

Farmers are high on confidence after Supreme Court verdict but that doesn't mean that they will get entire Noida back. Noida extension was in litigation since beginning and farmers had got stay order as well against construction but builders continued the construction which was violation of court order. What is affected and not affected is not based on farmer's agitation but on facts.
We should get following answers from builder for more clarity:

When this land was aquired by authority and under what clause?
Have farmers accepted the compensation or some payment still pending?
when land was alloted to 3C and has 3C paid entire money to authority?
when lease agreement was signed between authority and 3C?
Farmers has approached the court before or not? ot they are first time planning to go court against the acquisition?

Thanks!

I had mentioned earlier in my mail that land acquisition of villages around sector 100 was started in 1989. Section 4 and 6 came in 1992 and possession was taken in 1994. No short cut was adopted in this acquisition. Hence there should not be a cause for woRry. Acquition details are given on NOIDA site.

Hi

I am going today to meet the people in 3C office.Anyone who wants to join me can coordinate with me on my cell number given below.

We should collectively go there once more as a group and should not pay them even a single penny till the time we are clear .
Builder will face the heat only once we decide not to pay any installment.I am marking a copy of my mail to 3 C also so that they know what we are planning to do.If they want our support them they should at least defer the demand by 10 days till the time things are clear.

Naresh: As a group controller please update the excel sheet and take the consent from the group members who are more than 400 now for this.

regards

Yogesh
