The bank fees associated with this payment option are outlined below:


One time Set-up and Delivery fee: $19.95 + $8 postal and admin.
ATM Withdrawal fee: $4.50 per transaction
Monthly Fee: $2.99 per month
Purchase Fee: $2.50
Any additional fees (such as for a replacement of a lost card) are
completely outlined in the Terms and Conditions you will receive when
you request the card.


Initially, your ATM withdrawal limit is set to $1000 per day. Also,
most ATM networks allow you to withdraw a maximum of $1000 per day.
Given this, you may not be able to withdraw all of your money in a
single transaction or in a single day. As a consequence, this payment
option may not be convenient for Distributors with more than $10,000 in

monthly sales as obtaining all of your money may be time consuming and
more expensive than a wire transfer in which you can request a bank
wire to your bank.
