My name is Carl Haavaldsen. I reside in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. I am
a father of 3, grandfather of 1 and have a loving wife of 5 years.
My background is IT (Information Technology) which I had been involved
in for 18 yrs. I lost my job due to downsizing in December of 2003, and
thought that it was time to leave the Corporate world and pursue online
technology. Simon Taylor called me up one day and introduced me to
Superior VoIP, and to my surprise, I jumped right in as I knew about
this technology about 3 yrs ago from the telecom side of my business.
This is the new technology that I was looking for and well this says it
all.

This phone is amazing, indestructible and unstoppable!!! My company has
just installed the service way up in Northern Canada and the quality
and performance is outstanding. Not only are we an ISP to the town of
Iqualuit, but we will soon be the major phone provider using this
service. Thank you Carl and Simon for all your help and thank you

using 3WTel Superior VoIP to call my business contacts in the USA and
also I have now got my two sons using your service. They are away in
London studying and they can now call home all the time.

My daughter who is living in Boston, USA e-mailed me the link to your
website and told me to sign up Asap. I did, and now we talk every day,
its a fantastic service. I am no longer limited to my weekend call to
my daughter which was expensive. I can talk to her every night now
