Hi all, 

So it’s 1 pm. Sunday Feb 5. I recommend we meet inside the Scaif Gallery entrance. This will put you right at the ticket purchase area, across from the gift shop. 

Depending where you park you can enter through Forbes Ave, or through the back entrance from the parking garage and take the stairs up. 

I’m not elated about sharing this but, I am still on EBT. I’m teach at La Roche and doing some substitute teach but for now I’m still in the post-covid zone. 

So, my admission would be $1, and I can bring 3 guests at that greatly reduced price. Or we can divide the cost up equally by adding on $4 to the costs of regular admission total, then dividing it by the total number in the group. 

Regular price is $25. 

AAA membership is $1 off the $25 

Transit Card, $1 off the $25

65+ is $20, Im not sure that can include the other discounts.

Carnegie Members are free. 

I called for a reservation at 1 pm. 

If you wish you can purchase in advance. Let me know what you think is the most judicious use of the EBT card. I just thought it best to be open about it.

Hey, gang! 

Long time no see.  I'm back in Pittsburgh and finally feel like I'm settling in.  I've resisted chiming in on this thread, because I didn't think I'd be able to join,  but I'd really like to find a way.   

My current mobility issues don't allow me to walk or stand for very long, and heaven knows the Carnegie is a long haul on hard floors. And I'm high risk, so I still need to mask indoors. 

I swallowed my pride and did some research - the museum has wheelchairs available at coat check, first come first serve. 

If you guys don't mind hanging out with me in a wheelchair, I'd love to see everyone again.  I'll try not to be too slow.

As far as the discounted price, if you’d like to be in on that then direct message me at 412 298 9234. The first 3 to text me and tells me they want to be my guest,  will get the greatly reduced entry.

I made a reservation for 8 of us at 1 pm at the Carnegie, but if you purchase your ticket on line. That’s okay. We’ll meet at the front desk. If anyone coming from a distance wants to park at my house and we car pool in you are most welcome to do that! Just let me know. I live 1 mile out of the Liberty Tunnels. 

Tomorrow I will call The Porch for a table for 8 of us. I’m thinking 3 pm.
