Ha, just noticed this, as I was just cleaning up my old page on 3D printing in the Boston area: http://erich.realtimerendering.com/3dprinting/boston.html - it's much reduced, though it's nice to see the growth of community makerspaces. You can see old versions archived here, if you like to dig up ancient ruins.
