Hello Dr. Who,
I think it matters on who the demo is for, I personally haven't charged anyone for a demo yet. As for the print, if it's not too big, I bet someone wouldn't have any problems printing it for you. Personally I charge $8/hr so it matters how big it is and how solid you want it.
