The Cebu 10s Rugby Festival is the flagship event for the Cebu Dragons RFC. First played in 2007, the tournament has fast become established as a fun

weekend of social rugby set against the backdrop of a tropical island paradise. Teams have visited from Hong Kong (The Tequila Mockingbirds, Tyloon Pigs

and HK Universities) and Malaysia (The Royal Selangor Dalmatians) to compete against the Philippines best club sides and make he Cebu 10s a truly

international event. Defening champions, Manila Nomads, will be returning this year looking to continue their winning tradition at the Cebu 10s, having won

every installment thus far. The Alabang Eagles, Manila Hapons and the Cebu Dragons will also represent the local rugby scene and look to steal Nomad's

thunder.
