Hello everbody
sounds like a stupid question, but i cannot find out how to get rid of the foreign panos and hotspots inside my panos.
I upgraded to PLUS but still the "Hotspots" are inside my panos and foreign panos accure at the bottom of the page/panos.
It did not borter me for years since I used other platforms.
But now I want to use 360cities more often and it feels like "dead".
Support emails are not answered etc.

Can anyboy give me a hint how to get rid of the mentioned issue ???
Also do I want to link to my sets directly - not through the profile- site.

Is there a way ??
Thank you.

Hello Michael,

Thanks for contacting us. We try to respond promptly to support emails and posts on the forum. Sorry if you sent something that wasn't received / answered. I can assure you that we are diligent in responding.

The hotspot arrows and links to other panos on the panorama pages have been an integral part of our user interface for over 18 years and cannot be removed except as described in the Portfolio View Mode https://www.360cities.net/help/account-types

Regarding your question about linking to sets, please explain precisely what you'd like to do that is currently not possible.

Regards,

Bruce

Thnaks for the info Bruce.
Does it mean that if I switch to a PRO account all these issues i.e. arrows and other panos will be eliminated then ?
As other members already wrote, it´s an issue for some customers - they don´t want strange links & panos on their display.
Am I right to change to a PRO ?
ciao

Hi Mike,

No, you should not purchase a PRO account as it won't allow you to remove the arrows and other panos on your panorama pages.

As I wrote previously, the PLUS (and PRO) account has a feature called Portfolio View Mode https://www.360cities.net/help/account-types. It might be of interest as the hotspot arrows will only point to your panoramas.

Regards,

Bruce
