How many pro users have had success with connecting an Adwords account? It's been several years and I still can't get it to authorize on the Google end.

I've confirmed I've followed step-by-step at
https://www.360cities.net/help/adsense-gdpr

but I still end up getting this result under my Google adsense page, to no avail.
