Why doesn’t the panorama image retain its highest resolution?

I uploaded a panorama with a resolution of 50,000 × 25,000, but after the upload was completed, it only displays at 13,000 × 6,500. It also seems like it’s not being shown publicly.

Hello, I'm sorry for the issue you are having. We cannot access that image as it has been deleted so we can't investigate. Please note that unless you've achieved trusted contributor status, the image goes into a review queue before we publish it.

The panorama needed to go through our review queue and has just been accepted. It's excellent! If you keep publishing high quality panoramas, you'll eventually obtain our EXPERT badge, meaning that it won't need to go through our review queue in order to be accepted - more info here: https://www.360cities.net/help/maestro-expert-members

My panorama has been uploaded for over a week but it still hasn’t been selected. Is there any chance it violated any rules?

I am just an observer here, but having a look at your panorama there are two issues that possibly contravene the requirements.  Firstly the horizon in the panorama is not level - it is only marginally off, but noticeable.  Secondly your logo in the zenith is probably larger than the rules allow, and having your email address there is probably not allowed.  Admins may confirm what the issue is.  Otherwise an excellent pano.

Thank you, Bill, for your feedback. The admin has just selected the panorama, so it seems the issues you mentioned were not the reasons. I think my image may have simply been overlooked earlier.

Regarding the horizon, your observation is absolutely correct. It is slightly misaligned because the panorama is very large, and during post-processing I focused more on major issues and overlooked this detail. I’ll definitely take this into account and aim for a more refined result next time.
