I've been sent email supposedly from ser...@intl.paypal.com saying

"360 Cities s.r.o. has sent you €2,00 EUR

Cumulative royalty payment for license of your 360Cities content appearing in the services of our subscription customers during the period 01-01-2023 - 31-08-2024. For more details, please view your licensing history in your 360Cities account dashboard."

With a button "Claim your money"

I find no record of my being due in my 360 Cities dashboard.

I'm thinking this is a scam. Any other thoughts?

Scroll down to the bottom of the licensing page to find the  Cumulative royalty payment  - mine was for 14 euro - I could not find it either until now! Not a scam, end of month payment.

Cheers Kent. I've scrolled down and see no royalties listed for my account.

I think I'm going to have to ignore it.

360 Cities haven't responded to my enquiry via their website.

Hi Derek,

my email came from ser...@paypal.com.au so it looks like you are right that it is probably a scammer. I've deleted the most recent one but the previous one was detailed with image line etc

"360 Cities s.r.o.  has sent you  €XX.XX EUR.

Note from 360 Cities s.r.o.:

Would be worth logging in to Paypal VIA their website (not that button!) and forwarding the email to their scam unit.

Cheers,

Kent.

Mine wasn't a scam, it was real, but I had changed my email address, but after some checking I realised it was genuine and the money was deposited after I confirmed the email change.

Hello Derek,

It's not spam, you can trust that email from Paypal.

Regards,
Elena
