Video upload extremely slow or failure

The platform is often struggling to upload videos. Any alternative? Which one is preferred, panorama or video?

Hi Bing,

Sorry about the issues you are having with uploading videos. It sometimes happens when one or more contributors upload a lot of videos at the same time. Videos are very large (and expensive) compared to panoramas. We obviously prefer processing panoramas than videos but both are welcome. ;)
